| 2. Tag | Hydrocortisonperfusor 100 mg /24h + Hydrocortison Tabletten 20 mg 4 x täglich |
| 3. Tag | Hydrocortison Tabletten 25 mg 4 x täglich und Fludrocortison 0.1 mg / die oral |
| 4. - 7. Tag | Hydrocortison Tabletten 20 mg 4 x täglich und Fludrocortison 0.1 mg / die |
| 8. - 10. Tag | Hydrocortison Tabletten 20 mg 3 x täglich und Fludrocortison 0.1 mg / die |
